Thank you for your email. Here are some suggestions that you can use that will help you to curb your appetite:

1. Take your time. Let's say you want to consume 1800 calories daily (for the sake of illustration). This can be quite a shock if you are not used to it. Instead, cut things out gradually week by week until you have become a lot more accustomed to it. Your stomach will actually shrink as it adapts. Ideally, you want to lose no more than 2 pounds per week besides the first week because this can include water weight. Any faster than this and you are probably losing muscle.

2. Space your meals differently. If you are eating 5-6 meals daily try 4 but not less! This way you will be getting more food volume while keeping your metabolism high (as mentioned on the site). Additionally, if you are eating 4 meals try 2 bigger meals and 2 supplement shakes. Eat the 2 big meals when you normally would like supper for example. This will keep you full for longer periods of time and then just grab a shake to keep your metabolism going. You can either make your own or use something like Next Nutrition's Designer Whey Protein. This is what I use and I recommend it highly, never use Slim Fast!

3. Drink 1, 8-ounce glass of water before 'and' after each meal. You would be surprised at what this does! Normally this doesn't work well on an empty stomach but mixed with certain foods it can work well, even causing the food to expand.

4. Exercise more. By doing this you will burn more calories, therefore, leaving more room for greater food consumption. This always works well.

5. If you feel you really need to, try NVE Stacker 2. This will suppress your appetite and also give you more energy. Mind you it's not a miracle cure but it does help. It also speeds up your metabolism without exercising as much. To learn more see the link below:

So remember, your goal shouldn't take any longer than 7-8 weeks once you figure out a system (using some of the above information) that works for you. Your stomach toning will come naturally as you lose the weight and get closer to your goal. Remember, you can't spot reduce!
