Are supplements safe?

Thank you for your email. That is a very good question. First of all, just because something says it's 'natural' doesn't mean it can't harm you. It is still important to follow the directions with each product.

Not only is the dosage important but it is also essential to take note of any conditions that might apply to you that would make taking the supplement a hazard. Here is an example for NVE Stacker 2:

"Keep out of the reach of children. Not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Don't use, if you are at risk or being treated for high blood pressure, thyroid, liver or psychiatric disease, diabetes, nervousness, pernicious anemia, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, cardiac arrhythmias, pheochromocytoma, or stroke. Don't  use if you're  at risk or being treated difficulty in urination due to prostate enlargement. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness, dizziness, nervousness, tremors, headache, tingling or heart palpitations sensations occur. Consult your healthcare professional before use if you are taking a MAO inhibitor or other prescription drug."

This will be the strongest warning you will find as this is the most powerful fat burning product. There is absolutely no question that it works. The one or two national deaths that have occurred are those who have exceeded the recommended doses in an extreme manner. As with food, alcohol etc. too much of anything is bad.

Going down the list you will find fewer precautions and warnings. Something like a protein powder has no warnings, only suggested servings. It boils down to common sense, as with food. In this case, it is 'food' supplements, another division with a different purpose.

Additionally, if you plan to use more than one supplement, only try 1 at a time. That way, if a particular product doesn't agree with you or makes you feel uncomfortable you will know the source.

In the long run, you will find that supplements can help with your appetite, metabolism and lean muscle tissue.
