 Answer:  Experts in training say that 4 times a week for the average person who isn't a pro-exercise is the best workout habit. Going to the gym doesn't have to be a daily thing but you can try instead to walk back home after you job the days when you won't go to the club.

How often do you need to work out to see results

Everyday exercise or  6 times a week is too much for somebody who doesn't prepare a championship, better take at least 2 days a week to rest and do something else. Your body needs a regular break to avoid falling in a definitive one.
