How important is nutrition when you exercise?
Answer: Nutrition is half or the whole thing when you follow a fitness program. And thinking about nutrition doesn't mean that you need to deprive yourself because then you won't resist the unhealthy food you desire.
It's always better to eat a healthy breakfast and lunch before going out and diet in the evening because the dinner you have when the day is finished is not as important as a good breakfast.
For lunch, you can eat 100 grams of carbs as rice or pasta, but only with pure tomato sauce without added oil or cheese. If you eat a sandwich do not put too many useless ingredients in it because it's anyway not tastier than just a slice of ham with pickles.
For dinner nutritionists advice to eat salad or vegetables and boiled or baked chicken and fish. Lemon is the best dressing, and olive oil is acceptable because it's healthy. Balsamic vinegar is also good. Better avoid rice or pasta in evening.
We usually start to burn calories when we feel a little hungry, so better go to bed with that feeling, so you will be happy to eat more healthy food for breakfast, and even if breakfast is sometimes too heavy don't worry because you have time to burn those calories during the day.
