 Answer:  When you arrive at the gym always do cardio training first. Except if you walked to the gym, you need to warm your body and train your heart, so 30 minutes at least of treadmill or whatever exercise you like.


 Make sure you are getting your heart rate up to the appropriate level so that you actually are burning the appropriate calories for your age and weight. The average person should be at 70 to 75 % of her maximum heart rate.

Then when you start to exercise your muscles always target the largest muscle groups because smaller muscles will automatically work by consequence of the main training. For example when you work your back, your biceps will also automatically work because they are linked.
